
Refund & Cancellation
Subscriptions :
1.1. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by contacting us at contact@brainwave.buzz or by calling us on the provided number.
1.2. We do not offer refunds for cancelled subscriptions.

Event Tickets:
2.1. Event tickets may be refunded if the event is cancelled or rescheduled. Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser and will not include any processing fees.
3.2. We may display a processing fee in addition to the event ticket price depending on the payment gateway charges & other taxes. This fee is to cover the cost of processing the transaction and is non-refundable.
3.3. In case you cancel any ticket purchased online for any event, you will get complete refund after subtracting the processing fee. ​

Brand Goods:
3.1. Brand goods may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus any shipping or handling fees.
3.2. Brand goods must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
